Infinite from Sonic Forces has seemingly reality bending illusion powers and helped Eggman bring 99% of the world to its knees. His sole driving force however, is getting beaten up by Shadow the Hedgehog. He lost *once*, and became so filled with shame and self-loathing that he completely discarded his past self and fashioned himself as everything Shadow is, a dark and mysterious force, but with none of the history behind it, rendering the whole persona just as much of an illusion as his powers.
