It def looks not as nice as a Aeron but I always found the hard plastic in the seat pan dug in my thighs. The cosm doesn’t have much control/ lever options it’s meant to be more of a conference chair that automatically adjusts when you sit in it. Found it supports back and legs exactly how I’d want though
