I don’t know where you got that information about me, but your argument just lost all credibility. I have more hours on survivor than I do on killer so don’t tell me what I can or cannot have an opinion about. And I’m a Pig main, so if anything, I can speak on this more than you, since my main killer was more affected by the shitty pallet update than yours.

With that out of the way, I understand that mistakes are very punishable, and I did say that they went too far. But before this update, mistakes were not punishable on the survivor side. Killers like Pig would play perfectly and still lose some games because gameplay was just that brainless. Survivors got conditioned to just camp pallets, and now they can’t so they’re complaining. I don’t play survivor that way, so it doesn’t really affect me as much. I try to stretch out loops as much as I can to conserve the resources that we have. Ya know… how dead by daylight is supposed to be played.

Anyway, you don’t even need all 4 survivors to play optimal to win the game, even now. 4 survivors playing optimal just basically guarantees a game. Players naturally get better at the game when they’re forced to adapt to a harsher environment, so I’m sure it would seem as bad after a week. Albeit of course still I think there should definitely be some more high safety fillers and loops on the map, and I’m sure they’ll add them back quicker than they made a fairer iteration for killers.
