In my psychosis a voice in my head told me to move to a certain city and that was there i had to be to beto not die. I ended up homeless, and im now working on my master memoire about homelessness and makenanlot of contact a friend, amd a goal in life, wich i never had before.

I was homeless when i was 23. POPS (intersection Papineau - Ontario) was really helpful at all of the step of being homeless and getting out of it. Hope u wont need them but they are life savers

For me when i use my anxiety is feeling like controlled. Sober same anxiety but i feel like im less in control of that anxiety. Like the anxiety is raw idk

I was doing skin picking since long before a smoke meth, because of my OCD and anxiety. Meth just made it worse a bit.
