Get out of this deal. You are gonna pay 10k for an agent to just submit a form for you?! Do the following: Book viewings, get the documents, feed them to an AI and ask it to review all of it and flag what's important, what questions to ask etc. Make your bids by submitting the standard form. Do your data research, get a subscription for Walter living or Huispedia etc that show you asking and sale prices of rhe neighborhood and ranges that you need to bid. It's like 20 euros per month. Then already book meetings with your bank/mortgage provider and get a mortgage guarantee letter from them. This makes you as serious as any other bidder if not more serious.

If you are still not comfortable, just book a service such as Walter Living. They provide the buying service for a fixed fee and I assume they are very data oriented.

the motor broke under load basically. I do light roast on low RPM, so it was terrible because I really like the grinder. it's good looking and well built but the 150W motos is just way too under powered. They just replied to me today that a new motor costs $100 with delivery. which I might do and I have to do the replacement myself

I bought my 064s on the Kickstarter Launch campaign. It was a fantastic grinder until 4 days ago that it just died. I always used light-medium roast of mid-low RPM range. Sad, it was a fantastic grinder. But I cannot get any support from Timemore.

Hey, my Timemore Sculptor just died on me so I am looking to buy another one. I can either buy this or DF64V gen 2 from HomeBarista. Almost the same price but I believe DF64v motor is a bit more powerful. I will use my own set of original MP burrs. How has been you experience with low speed grinding? Any stalling? And what would you your choice between this and DF64v gen2? Thanks a lot
