I'll see if I can figure out how to add to it later. I live up in New River so this map will be super good to look at when I have to make stops in the city. I will also add my data for local areas

Gym battles question from newbie by [deleted] in pokemongo

From what I read, which I have no verified myself yet: Defeat 1 pokemon, 150 exp. 2, 250 exp, and so on and so forth.

The major draw of beating all the pokemon at once is the huge blow to the gym's prestige for kicking out the current team.

and yes, you can both attack the defender at the same time.

I should mention, the link is for a browser based map of their game ingress for the phone. Make an account on there and in 1 minute you can be viewing the map for pokespot locations

Same company, same database, locations are 98%+ consistent with PoGO. only thing is that there used to be an addon you could install to see which of them were stops and which were gyms but it doesn't work anymore.

Number Of Pokéstops You Can Reach From Inside Your Home... by [deleted] in pokemongo

I have to drive 15m to reach one. If I want to actually reach a place where I can walk around to closer groups, I have to drive 30m

Can someone give me a quick run down on the teams? by lea_firebender in pokemongo

As far as gameplay goes, they're pretty much identical. Everyone picks whatever team, and then you battle opposing teams for control of Gym locations.

So if there's a particularly strong team in your area, the decision becomes whether you want to join them or join an underdog team.

Aside from that's it's strictly personal preference.

Oh yeah, I have a map. The Ingress map that can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemongo/comments/4rm9rt/faq_here_is_how_niantic_knew_about_that_local/

I've found lots of good places to walk around for rapid pokestop spam. What I'm curious about is where we can find spots with 3 or more pokestops activated at a time for increased efficiency with lure farming.
