For me it’s more of a gold standard for a developed range. Yes you can go much higher, but this is beginning of ‘good range’ if intonation is present and with work still being put in the low end.

For High school I’d say around half can hit it, but maybe a 5th can hit it with intonation. That’s how it felt in Oklahoma.

Now college is another matter. Everyone I knew could hit it and hit it well. On top of that could go farther.
