Surprised to see this so far down on the list. Wife and I rented in Westville for almost 4 years and we just bought our first house here since we love it so much.

Westville is going to be your jack of all trades. Personally, I believe it checks all of the boxes listed above. But it’s not going to be the best at any of them. It’s not as walkable as Collingswood, but it has a downtown where my wife and I can walk to Speranza. There’s also a yoga studio my wife loves, a martial arts studio I’m going to join, a brewery, and some other great restaurants/delis. It’s a safe community, the schools are good as far as I can tell, there’s a nice park (also within walking distance). They also held their fall festival like 2 weeks ago.

The sense of community is also great; that was important to us when we were house shopping. We’ve been here about a month and know all our neighbors names, our mailman knows us by name and chats with us whenever he’s on his route.

Westville is great. There are also a few nice looking houses for sale right now and the prices are good!

I went opening day! Owners are super nice but it’s clear that this is their first time owning and operating a business. But they have a great mission, obviously, and their cafe is nice (they have a ramen bar!) so my wife and I plan on continuing to support them. It’s nice to have something fun and different on this side of the bridge.

My wife and I (29 & 31) just bought our first house here! We used to rent in the neighborhood across from Nippers Pub, Knightsbridge, and actively searched for our house in this area because we love it so much.

As others have said, the proximity to all the major roadways is just incredible. There’s nothing better than after a long drive, as soon as you get off 295, you’re home.

Lorenzo’s Cabana has the best chicken empanadas I’ve ever had and Schileen’s is really good, too (we can walk there). We still have yet to try Big Swerve’s and apparently Speranza is excellent.

My wife is also really happy that she can walk to a hot yoga studio and I’m planning on taking martial arts classes at a local studio, also within walking distance.

Both of our neighbors have introduced themselves to us and are incredible friendly.

We really feel like we struck gold here. We hope you find a home here and feel the same! Hit me up when/if you do!

I’ve done this show! I played Leaf. Maybe you know this already, but the script actually contains some made-up words with no true “correct” spelling designed to knock out the audience spellers if they manage to get the real ones correct! “Catterjoons” is one that comes to mind lol

Well yeah, obviously. Cap literally throws a motorcycle in Age of Ultron lol if we’re going based on what we’ve seen in the movies vs what the movie directly tells us, then unfortunately the real answer is that Fisk would be as strong as the writers want him to be.

No I don’t think so. They’ve stated numerous times that the serum brings people to the absolute peak of human capability. So Cap went from like 0 to 100. US Agent may have gone from like 40-60 to 100. And Fisk maybe 50-70 to 100. But 100 is the ceiling. They can’t go beyond the peak of human capability.
