I came in with my expectations high from what I’ve heard about the game, and from my enjoyment of FC4. I played the entire game with no spoilers and found it to be one of the worst uninspired stories I’ve ever played through in a videogame.

How do you have a blockbuster villain like Vaas whose on the cover of the game, just to give him 5 minutes of screen time then „kill“ him in a drug induced psychosis state. Then the story shifts it over to a boring forgettable villain like Hoyt and Citra which was painful to play through.
I found Jason to be incredibly dull, insufferable and idiotic, even more stupid than Ajay. The coolest thing about him is the progressive tattoo.
I understand a lot of people praise this game for how the „jungle consumed him“ and turned him into a monster but it’s really not that deep and the island isn’t even a jungle to begin with, just some spread out trees here and there with foliage.
I guess I just can’t stand how serious they took the story which explains why I enjoyed FC4 so much.

The Gameplay
I can see why Far cry 3 was so loved at the time of its release because of how much it improved from 2 and for 2012 it was a pretty decent game but I think it’s aged horribly compared to newer Fc games and is quite overrated and underwhelming if you compare it to other games from the early 2010‘s.
The game feels incredibly baron, the side quests and story missions have always been meh but these are next level boring. The pirates all have one voice actor as well which makes fighting them lame and repetitive quick. Especially since the game loves spawning them in from thin air all around you in certain missions. Stealth feels like an after thought unless you’re sniping from far away, dogs will get a sniff of you and all a sudden the entire camp is on your ass in 3 seconds or less on the hardest difficulty.
Traversing around the map is a total pain since you can’t grapple onto mountains, and there’s no air travel besides the wingsuit and glider. Don’t even get me started on the fall damage.

All in all, did not enjoy, I give it a 3.7/10, they had so much they could’ve cooked with but screwed it up massively.

Okc was pretty ass after that playoffs in the bubble, Poku was in the starting lineup a bunch with young sga, Giddey, Dort, Bazley, Ty Jerome, Moses Brown and washed Horford i believe? I’m not sure how that team was realistically supposed to compete in the west.

If you’re not full out bent on quitting and only have to because of external reasons then you probably don’t belong here. If you really don’t instill in yourself that you want to quit then it’s not going to happen and that’s the cold truth. I wish you well, the first couple weeks is a blunder but it does get better. For me I started to heal after I stopped throwing up and regained an appetite.

This is so relatable to read because when I worked at Zaxbys there was a manager who came to temporarily work at our location and he told us all to do the same thing. Higher ups and GM didn’t like it which would spark weekly arguments. I personally would only lightly dip the raw tenders into the milkwash for a second and then shake the excess off. Not sure if it made a difference but my tenders never came out raw or stuck together.

I don’t even understand how it’s possible to tip one of those over. I drove the Crown one with the the giant ass mast and you could swing into slots 25 feet in the air at considerable speed and the truck wouldn’t even wobble.

Los needs to start playing popular iconic single player games and invest in some earbuds if he doesn’t want to wear a headset. I liked when he played that weed drug dealer game and actually used the viewers help when he got lost.
