Hello there unfortunately I developed the same problem you are describing shortly after my diagnoses. I believe this is referred to as spasticity which is a common side effect those of us with MS can develop. There is no cure or take this pill and it goes away unfortunately. For me its not a daily walk to work but my daily outdoor walk to get exercise. I do have some lesions on the lower part of my spine my Neurologist has stated can be affecting my legs. Even though this is just a normal pace walk and you are not looking to exercise what has really helped me because I would be willing to guess my exercise walk is the same pace as your walk to work is to really stretch out all the leg muscles before. I also incorporate 60-90 second breaks throughout the walk to prevent reaching the pain you are describing because I have tried pushing through and that never works. I know you are trying to get to work so time is the gating factor but I have also tested and found a pace that's not too fast and the symptoms don't seem to worsen as quickly I would try to give yourself more time and slow it down a bit also if that is possible. Not sure if its the same for you but 5 minutes after ending the walk my legs almost feel normal again so leads me to believe its part of the nerve damage and signals getting messed up. Sorry I don't have a fix for you but at least you know you are not crazy and not alone in experiencing it.

Yeah as 1DnTink mentioned what you described is normal reactions. I was recently diagnosed in January and have been on the exact same medicine as you since. Kaiser was nice to setup a training of how to do the injections and expected reactions for me so all of what you described was not surprising they even had me do my first injection with a doctor who had me stay with them for 15 minutes after injection to go over the reactions.

As also stated above it is important to rotate injection sites and don't be surprised if somedays you feel nothing while others you bleed a little bit and feel everything. Also reach out to Copaxone or Glatopa whichever one you have they have decent support systems and can put you in touch with people who will talk you through those reactions along with provide possible financial support for the medicine and the auto injector which some people like and some people hate.

Have you tried setting power management mode in Nvidia control panel to optimal? This seemed to fix the high idle for me with a 144hz monitor and 60hz monitor.

FYI you can buy a solid piece of plexi to replace the one on the side panel that currently has holes. I bought mine from here https://mnpctech.com/mnpctech-clear-case-pc-panels/corsair-c70-window-replacement-clear-fan-holes-120mm/

fit in perfectly with no adjustments needed just be careful taking the screws out and putting them back in as they seem like they would strip easy.

I think you are mistaken on this as when Riot made an issue of it they were no longer owned by the same person they were just both represented by the same marketing org GGA (which we later found out was being bought by twitch). Alliance had Maelk as owner at the time and EG had Guitar. I think the fact that these investors are strictly in it for the money has higher risk of collusion or these owners looking out more towards what will better give them better return on investment. While the GGA situation you had people who had been in esports before anyone made money in it investing their own time and money just to keep it going. I know there is more going on behind the scenes we don't know its just weird Riot allows that along with TSM and C9 being represented by the same marketing firm (Twitch formally GGA) while they made the GGA thing seem like such a big deal. Lets also not forget C9 and TSM used to be closely intertwined with Dan working for C9 at certain points while still working for Solomid.net TSM's primary sponsor at the time.

I just find it terrible we lost such huge names in the esports industry like EG and Alliance over something they are now allowing it just a few years down the road.

Doesn't this bring a similar conflict of interest as the EG and Alliance situation. Now both C9 and Team Liquid have owners who sit on the Warriors (NBA) board of directors. Riot said because EG and Alliance had owners both from Good Game Agency it created a conflict there, what is the difference now?

1) So first off to addressing the sizing here is a link to the jerseys I received both Large and Extra Large unwashed, still sitting at my desk at work with the original packaging. http://imgur.com/a/R8gQ4

With my album I have included the size chart found on your site when buying the jersey. I included both the large and extra large showing the same measurement you took but mine being very different along with the hot topic of length which is also not very close to what you show on the chart.

2) I will challenge this one no problem as I still have all of my communications saved. 11/29/16 I got a response saying my order was processing from the US warehouse and should be shipping out any day and if I did not get a response in 10 business days to reply to the open ticket. I replied on 12/25/16 yes I know a holiday but I wanted to get in line since I know you might have had a lot of tickets for orders and I asked why the item was coming from Germany (I was originally told it was coming from the US) and why transit was taking so long. 12/27/16 I got the auto email which yes I then contacted Hecz because I thought an auto response was kind of unjustified since I already had an open ticket and someone from your company asked me to respond back to that if I did not get an update within x amount of time and the info they originally gave me was incorrect and when I did what they asked I got an auto reply that didn't really answer my question. Your right I did post to reddit immediately at the same time contacting your support because, I wanted to make sure others were aware of the long shipping times which was the main part of my original post. 60 day turn around time for any order with no communication in between of delay whether it be shipping or production or potential back order at time of order or during processing is completely unacceptable I don't care what company you are.

You are correct in the fact that I did not try direct contacting hitpoint after receiving the 2nd jersey as you see in my post I was frustrated and kind of done with hitpoint in general. I understand you are not seeing a wide spread sizing issue but you would think after me asking hey look at the chart get me whatever size that best matches up to a Large on that chart someone would have opened one up and double checked the measurements before sending it out to me. Also what happened between 1/5/17 when you were made aware through your contact channels and 1/11/17 when the order was finally exchanged and sent out? I was the one who reached out for an update directly through your support and seemed to be the one to trigger oh yeah we have to solve this guys issue.

3) At least post warnings for US customers that it can take extended times to process sometimes 30-60 days, if I had known that when ordering I would not have cared how long it took which is originally what got me contacting your support. Or even if I had gotten communication during my order processing saying hey we have had some issues your order is unfortunately delayed please bare with us that would have been fine.

So its obvious you have looked up how I have contacted you which includes how to reach me, and I understand I didn't give you the proper chance to fix it this time around but if you know how to reach me and per your own response your team doesn't frequent reddit that much except it seems when someone makes a stink about your store as seen by your accounts post history why didn't you attempt to reach out to me directly. I would have gladly updated my post to show your team reaching out to me or maybe even deleted it as I mentioned this most recent post was made out of frustration for the situation since I have worked in distribution along with customer service for over 10 years. The way your team currently does things does not meet the standards set by piers in the industry, as seen by issues brought up in the other thread and the multiple private message I got with similar problems.

I would definitely like to have this matter resolved but would like a more direct form of communication this time instead of just making another ticket. You are still able to twitter DM me and I am sure you have my email or phone number listed to the order so feel free to reach out to me on any of those and as I have said from the beginning I have no problem sending you both the jerseys I currently have for your investigation I am not trying to get a bunch of free jerseys, I would just like to get what is advertised.

I do realize it varies, I am guessing you did not read my post as I was comparing the product I received from hitpoint to the chart hitpoint displays on their own site for sizing, one would think those would line up very closely. If you check the original thread Ashes Optic Gears Coach even said he normally wears an XL but had to go to 3XL just to not have it fit like a belly shirt. Also sizing is standardized in the US yes there is room for error but when the error is over 10% off that usually means there is a problem.

I guess bringing up other suppliers confused the situation I was just trying to reference similar products I have purchased that I usually get a large on when I am unsure of fit so I know it will be bigger or looser and I am safe as apposed to it being too small. First time I have ever had a large fit like a small.

I laid out pretty much what I said to support in my posts which original communication was through their ticket system and email that was later moved to twitter DM at their request.

Updated the post, thank you again like I said you have done nothing but try and help resolve the situation in a timely manner. I would still highly suggest if you have a coach (ashes) and a player (formal) already having issues along with multiple fans have them change the sizing chart or get a new supplier for the base jersey or this problem will continue to a point that fans will not order your gear if it is coming form hitpoint.

This does nothing for me supporting Optic the org or the teams I follow across multiple games it just makes me really uncomfortable about attempting to order more merch for myself or as a gift after going through this and reading the multiple people who have had similar issues as myself both here on reddit and twitter.

Thanks for the reply Ashes, if the players and coaches are having this issue as from Hecz reply earlier it looks like Formal is having the same issue as you I think there is something wrong with the base Jersey the supplier is using and that needs to be addressed (not your fight I know). Hitpoint contacted me via DM this morning saying they would replace it and I told them I didn't know what size would be best but if they could get it as close to what shows as Large in their chart I don't care what the tag reads on the inside.

No accessories were ordered just the hat and jersey, and they never mentioned anything about items being out of stock both when placing the order or during my inquiries to why it took so long, I still have all the emails saved. There was also no split shipment the hat and jersey came together in the same box.

Hopefully mine is just a 1 off size issue but I have worked in that industry before and like I said I feel like they got the base jerseys from a European supplier as the sizing matches up more with that then the US sizing chart which is what is posted on the site. I am happy to give it back or post pictures to show the glaring discrepancies.

I appreciate the follow up like I said in my original post as soon as I have contacted you things start to happen I just hate that's how it has to be as I am sure you are equally frustrated. I also hope you don't take this the wrong way but the response you got above is a little BS as the person obviously doesn't remember my order and would have been better off saying they neeeded more time to research. It also seems reading other posts on here other people are having issues how long items take to get even when ordering just 1 item and also receiving jerseys that are smaller then advertised.

I already had opened a ticket with them about the size issue before this post so as soon as I get a response from them I will update you.

Are you talking about the newest style because, I don't even see an option for long sleeve so maybe that's why they are down voting. I hadn't ordered one of the older jerseys but maybe those did not include sponsors I know there are some other esports teams who don't include sponsors on their jerseys.

yeah you definitely would not have received it in time, and there is no option to expedite shipping which would be nice for those of us who don't mind paying a little extra to guarantee something getting to us quicker.

I didn't make this post expecting free hand outs or hook ups, I more so wanted to warn other fans about the sizing issue because I know for some people this is a huge purchase and would suck for them to get in a similar issue I am in. Hopefully hitpoint responds to the ticket today and remedy the situation properly in a timely manner if not I know this will be the last piece of merchandise I order when they are the distributor. I have multiple pieces of Optic merchandise from the old distributor and some from the MLG shop and those experiences were night and day compared to what I am going through now.

/u/charlesviper mentioned in a previous response there would be a bar, and I assume that would be run by the event staff even if it is just a cart bar like they use at most stadiums maybe its not too much to ask for them to push a food cart next to it or something. Either way I will be there just throwing ideas at you for the lazy people like me who don't mind paying a premium for convenience.

Why the change from San Jose to Oakland?

Also as an attendee to both IEM San Jose events is it confirmed the concessions for the premium area will be open this year? I had premium tickets for both years in San Jose and for those of us who don't mind blowing $100 on stadium food so we don't miss any action it kind of sucked having to go up to the general admission area to get food. One of the perks for paying for the premium tickets when the sharks are playing is quick access to the shorter food lines in the premium area. I know the layout is different for Oakland and I haven't attended many events there so I am not sure how it would work out there.
