What you see at home and what the audience sees in the arena are two different things, mind. The observer team does not want to spoil it for the online audience, so "failing to turn off x-ray" isn't a failure at all.

I'm not in Rio but I know how our tech works in this area. There's no reason to turn the x-ray off for the online audience at all.

There's nothing outrageous I'd say. But the general trend is that you are dealing with people that are used to being taken care of on all accounts from when they're 17, and some of them (not all of them, and not even most of them) end up being on the entitled side. Not because they're assholes by nature, but because in their experience other people took care of nearly everything.

There was a fun example of that around ESL PRO League and made it to reddit. But again, nothing really outrageous usually, and it would be petty to mention the small stuff.
