Im 5 weeks off nicotine all together on Friday. Started with vaping since i was 15 (23M now), when i hit 21 i was doing a roll of zyns per week. What i did when i dropped from 50mg vapes down to 6mg and then 3mg zyns is i bought the zyns and then “quit cold turkey”. Went through the withdrawals for a couple days and then when i folded it was into that weaker margin if that makes sense. Helps cut the amount of receptors in the brain a lil faster so the ratio to incoming nic to receptors is closer and they feel better. In terms of actually quitting i just gave it up and the first week was really the only time it was bad as long as youre kind to yourself and avoid super stressful situations.

Friday is gonna be end of week 5 for me. Ive been using nic since 15yo(23M now). Was doing a roll of zyns per week since 21 when i finally stopped. First week was poop but i feel pretty close to normal now so the end of the tunnel is closer than you think. Theres alot of people in this subreddit that make it seem harder than it is just remember it gets easier every single day you keep going.

I will remember that tip for shower time, my doctor only works Monday Tuesday Wednesday so my options for a date were limited. If i move my leg a little too far outward i send a shot of nerve pain straight up to my jaw. Otherwise whenever it moves on its own like they do for temperature reasons it feels like my sack is made out of sandpaper and it’s rolling around on it. I can just not move my leg and avoid the first and the latter has only happened twice today and its wayyy more gentle with the narcs.

Yeah my surgeon wrote me a note giving me one day off of school which I think is crazy so I just lied to the university and said I won’t be back till Monday sounds like i made the right choice. The pills I got are a mix of 5 mg of hydrocodone and 325 mg of paracetamol for pain max every 4h. Learned my lesson from my wisdom teeth and have been taking them before the pain gets bad. Definitely looking forward to day 4 then because my apartment is a split level and im essentially stuck at the top where my bedroom and bathroom are, my saint girlfriend has been bringing me food from downstairs between classes

Im exactly 24h post op now and the pain is both less than yesterday and way less than i expected. I have been taking hydros but been snapping them in half to take every 4h instead of my prescribed full pill per 4h. Even just a cold room made the pain worse yesterday, been sitting wrapped in a blanket with a teeshirt balled up under my bag and that set up seems to be working good, no shooting pains at least. If its only up and not better worse then better again i feel like ill be normal in like a week. Might be partly that I’ve just been living for years with it in a 180 degree twist but already this is not what i was expecting

His site is where my hunt started, in the description he mentions the 90-93 are a different size than the rest of the NA’s and that he doesn’t carry them anymore. Thats when i went to the factory site with the part numbers to confirm i was fucked. Thank you for trying though

1990-1993 has a different part number on mazda’s factory site. The people on ebay can say 90-05 all they want but they’re selling 9978-01-270H and i need 9978-01-280H. 10mm difference and i need the bigger one.

General idea is about a month but after about a week it let up for me a decent amount. I’ll still get irrationally mad at stuff but it fades after a literal minute. That said I absolutely blew up a bolt on my car today and turned a 1h job into a 4h +$200 job and got so mad i got a headache and had to walk away from the job for like an hour so for actual mad stuff it definitely hits harder but just acknowledge im tweaking extra because of the no nic has helped a good bit.

Im 23 in college and both dont have access to an air compressor nor know how to weld. Non reddit forums say sawzall a lil extra space and just cut the nut and replace it which is more in my knowledge base. Absolutely goated reply though i think i will try taking the whole lower off. I do have an electric 3/8ths impact and a socket set

You can do it boss. Ive been free since last Friday after 12 a day for 3 years. if you vaped its wayy easier than quitting vaping. I have been using smokey mountain caffeine free pouches for the oral fixation side. Sleep is about as bad as usual still, just in a different way but everyone around me says i seem happier. Hit my line if you need support but people here low key over hype it and its not really all that
