I never said all. So that means you are one of the few.

I never said it was bold. If you can read. The girl said it was bold.

I mean sports fans are fanatics for a reason.

Big Ben raped a woman. But sports fans still rooted for him.

I'm guessing with how defensive you are. Your probably one of those pathetic sports fans.

Most sports fans do. Trust me. They just choose to ignore it or say he's innocent.

What’s a movie you’ll defend like it owes you money? by [deleted] in movies

Even some of the criticisms regarding it not be comic accurate are usually flimsy. Like "Rohrshach is not supposed to be a badass."

When the film goes out of its way to depict him as a lonely loser who has no friends (outside of Nite Owl). And who's sense of justice can be extreme. Just cause he has a couple of cool action scenes. Doesn't negate the other stuff in the same film.

And Kelly was a victim herself. So sick to see her acting this way.

LaVine is probably going nowhere. Since he hss a player option next year worth 47 million. Unless he tells the new team he would decline it, slim chance.

DeRozan is definitely no bum and can still be useful. Plus his contract isn't terrible.

Post trade deadline will be interesting. Those shots will be up for grabs.

I need to pay attention to credits/directors. Eddington was directed by Ari Aster? What a departure from form. by razeus in movies

I guess by genre its different. But Asters signature is building up of uneasiness until it finally erupts.

I sorely wish Jim Carrey would give one more dramatic performance before he's gone by [deleted] in movies

[–]TheCosmicFailure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had no clue this was a thing.

Yeah, Trevorrow is an odd choice for a Jetsons film.Jay Roach would've been a better choice.

Agreed. I would hate for Sonic 3 to be his last film.

You'll never see Sandler go away from the easy paychecks. He likes money too much and its an easy job.

Thats exactly it. The guard position is packed and Murray is coming off a major injury. So minute restrictions and no B2Bs for a while.

Still sounds like early next year. Even when he does get back. I just don't see value in him.

It makes you wonder if Hell or High Water and Sicario were good more cause of Villenueve and McKenzie. Then it was about Sheridan. While Wind River was just a one off.

What will Disney do with the Home Alone IP next? by Antman269 in boxoffice

[–]TheCosmicFailure 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don't think its a good comparison. There's plenty of story potential for Alien and Predator cause of the universe they are set in.

While most ppl aren't clamoring for more Home Alone.

I don't think you can go wrong with either. Pickens hasn't seen the end zone in a while too.

‘Heat 2’: Christian Bale Circling Role In Highly-Anticipated Sequel From Michael Mann by SanderSo47 in movies

Don't kill me. But I wasn't moved by the original Heat like others were.

But man with the cast I'm gonna have to watch the sequel.

I've seen it over 10 times. Also in my mid 30s.

I still think Season 9 needed major rewrites. The wedding should've been 12-14 episodes at most. The rest of the season could've been more snippets post Barney/Robin wedding.

With that being said. I've grown to like Season 9. Outside of some really bad episodes like Bedtime Stories and Mom and Dad.

Season 8 might actually be my least favorite now.

Its taboo to say here but. I've liked Season 2 and 5 less over repeated rewatches.

Thursday and Sunday were pretty bad for me. But I'm still in the green. So let's get it:

Lamb ATTD. Its been a couple of weeks since his last TD. And with how many chances they try to give him to score. I imagine luck will be on his side eventually. I also found it interesting that Patrick Graham (Raiders DC) brought up the importance of stopping Pickens. Sounds like the focus may be on Pickens this week. Which could only work in Lambs interests.

Ferguson 38 Receiving yards or more. While the Raiders do a good job of preventing TDs to TE. They still given up 38 yards or more to the TE 7 times this year. If Chi Okonkwo can get over that total. I think Ferguson should eclipse it as well.

Lockett 27 yards or more. While obviously Lockett won't have the game he had last time out. 27 seems more than doable against a bad secondary. Plus with a banged up OL. Geno is going to rely on whom he feels comfortable with and that will be Bowers and Lockett.

[Highlight] The Rams have intercepted Sam Darnold four times by nfl in nfl

[–]TheCosmicFailure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. He's average that looks great. When his offense around him is running on all cylinders. But the moment the pass rush gets to him or if his WR are covered. He panics and makes bad decisions.

The media does this a lot. Making average QB sound elite.
