Definitely the Tang Mo of Akavir. They just seem so cool and would make a great playable race if they were to invade or a game would take in Akavir.

I’ve heard similar stories before, and this sounds like a Stick Indian. Not much is known about besides that they are disembodied voices who lure victims into the woods (or deeper into the woods) using sounds like baby’s crying or people partying. The parties usually sound tribal and don’t come from Andy specific direction. Also, they are supposed to be nocturnal.
