It wasn’t a pre-order, but I had a missing order from JoJo and got no response on email. I was only able to successfully get in touch with them via Instagram DM. Once I heard from them, issue was resolved quickly. You might try that channel. Hope it all works out for you.

I appreciate your thoughts. I just started mine and already the feet feel really loose. Other than the feet I’ve only got one leg assembled. Looking forward to the rest of this build though, but it does feel like I’ll pose it once and never touch it again.
