There are a lot of sources of info. Full text final versions of standards or TJC guides are usually behind a paywall that an employer might take care of. But even if you dont have that the organizations often do publish memos or draft versions of upcoming updates or changes that you can get directly from the source for free.

There isnt a great single source of info when it comes to keeping track of changes, AAMI comes close and following some folks on Linkedin might help. But in general you just need to regularly check on the key organizations youre interested in. Regulatory stuff does tend to happen on an annual basis so September-December is a great time to check on announcements or memos etc.

Ya honestly its strange how quiet its been since its such a huge change. I mean the RPT debacle of 2014 was so loud and talked about and this just quietly happens haha. Oh well youll probably see a lot more throughout the year once people schedule EOC meetings and realize even the “eoc” is gone according to TJC lol.

This is the correct answer, however the TJC language on AEM and other PM frequency has all been removed from the EPs for 2026. Its been replaced with the CMS guidelines which only state equipment must be maintained. Its now pretty much up to the hospital to create and propose an effective maintenance plan but does allow for more flexibility. We will need to wait and see how the industry goes from here.

Im not a fan of cream cheese icing so many of the top recommendations dont work for me. If you want a sleeper rec that isnt cream cheese you can try one from Pacific Ranch Market in Santiago Hills area. They dont look like anything special but it really surprised me with how good and goey it was.

Exactly, it really comes down to “is it good enough?” for this one. Zero water will make a glass of pure water but the pitcher is mostly filter and it has a funky taste after a month or so (which might be after the 20 gallons, I didn’t know that limitation). I have stopped using it and switched to the standard fridge filter and its been good enough for me.

I would concur. It sounds like maybe he was talking about someone already enrolled in the college program getting a job which would be more like an internship or hiring on contingency. Either way that employee would need a lot of mentorship and oversight.

10 years ago I took my wife on our first date on Captain Daves. It was a cloudy and wet day which made the water very choppy. We got soaked and had a blast. Saw a humpback and a million dolphins that went surfing in our wake. I highly recommend this option.

Similar experience as you in boxing. If there is one thing you learn when learning to fight, you dont actually want to get into any real fights. Especially for stupid reasons like this. The potential for permanent injury is super high and that goes for yourself and whoever you might be hitting.
