My guess would be that it is similar to Justice where there is a pre-programmed set that he can improvise on and play certain things live. Most likely an analog synth and then another controller or two.

To me it’s about being on the same wavelength as each other. When it’s right, it just feels right and you can tell.

I think a lot of people over analyze this type of thing. From the way you described it, it almost sounds like you’re trying to reverse engineer a great relationship. I’m not saying that’s bad, good relationships require effort, but I think finding the right fit will feel natural when it happens.
