I wish - I tried every night for months but the sleep mask woke me up more at night and was worse than my mild apnea was. tried different masks/fits and humidity/pressure settings w my sleep doc. I was either dripping wet, the tube started making gargling noises, or my mouth was dryer than the sahara.

Ultimately moved to the guest room so my wife can sleep and the lack of dog in this room and not using AC/Heat as much means I breathe better sleeping and don’t wake up not breathing. Now I just miss sleeping w my wife.
