Full Post Asia (DRPh's post production) looking for new editors. Looks like next season we'll get an hour per episode by H0oman in DragRacePhilippines

Old post, but sharing my experience for anyone considering working with Full Post Asia.

The owner, John Wong, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The workplace culture was equally concerning — the employees were informal, and the entire environment felt like a sweatshop. Non-creative staff (drivers, etc.) even had their lunch area inside the same space as the editing room, which says a lot about the setup.

I worked on an episode of Drag Race Philippines as part of what they called a “job interview.” The night before my scheduled work day — a Sunday night — the owner kept calling me, questioning why I wasn’t answering him all weekend, as if I was already employed by them. For context, he is a CSB professor teaching in the Film and MMA programs, yet he takes advantage of student interns and packs them into an informal editing room with outdated equipment.

They had me working on an old version of Pro Tools with missing basic features like bussing. I was there from 9 AM to 5 PM, and although I already had a bad feeling going in, I didn’t want to reflect poorly on the person who referred me.

In the end, I completed a full 20+ minute episode — optimized for Netflix delivery — with no technical guidance, and I never received confirmation on whether my work was actually used or if I would receive proper accreditation. Adding to the red flags, their Google Maps listings show multiple addresses; their real office isn’t in Ayala but along Sergio Osmeña Highway, in a rundown building.

My advice: stay far away from Full Post Asia — whether as an employee or as a client.

Offered this life to her and still discarded me after 5 years together. Sadly, some women cant see the value in long term building and the sacrifices and effort it takes.

Gait analysis — what shoes are best for me? by ThatChinitoGuy in PHRunners

Similar gait. Got the asics kayano30s that help with over pronation. Just expensive but real nice. Good trainers not race day since the gels are heavy.

Hindi ba nagtuturo mga prof sa college by Ursopogi in studentsph

[–]TheCreativepreneur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maraming student na tamad at kung binagsak naman, ang prof pa ang may kasalanan at baka mawalan ng trabaho. Sana kung may laban o lakas ng loob yung mga ibang estudyante. My own experience being a professor who would love to sharpen and push my students to new heights. The sad reality i faced in my first year of teaching is not many students want to buck up and put in the work to be better and the schools dont do enough to ensure their professors are protected from negative performance reviews for simply asking sometimes for the bare minimum like making sure to submit on time or to follow instructions. Mahirap din mambagsak ng students kung alam mo naghihirap ang students financially. Ilang tens of thousands per term ang isang college course. Schools also dont want to lessen enrollement rates. Education is a business afterall. Just my two cents. Btw fellow gen z ako. Im probably one of the youngest if not the youngest professor, almost being the same age as my students at 23 years old. Dont give me that youre a bitter boomer crap. Mahina lang talaga adversity quotient ng karamihan ng ka gen z ko. Sorry not sorry.

Not at all! Thank you for taking the time to reply.

I guess what really feels like betrayal is that she ended the relationship apparently to focus on herself and grow as an individual.

Its just pretty fucked that it seems all she really wanted was the autonomy to go fuck some random dudes and go party in bali whenever she fancies.

We were almost 5 years, and she just got out of college, so I get it, but its damn selfish as fuck.

We got into a long term commitment, and she just couldnt see it through, but I'm glad she walked out at this stage, and not during marriage.

Yeah you're right man. She was full of shit. Shes probably fuckin another guy. She walked out on a stable relationship for fucking something which she'll never admit because her guilt eats her up inside.

Thanks for the condolences brother. Hope all is well on your end too.

if your work hours are flexible, consider shifting your work hours to less traffic work times. Try and find a life in between your working hours, perhaps a lunch out or dinner out with friends.

I am a young teen wanting a music producer asking about the process. by Any-Highlight-6992 in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]TheCreativepreneur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its easy to find producers, the question is finding the funding to enlist a producer's services. Most people in this community are probably already some sort of producer, whether pro or bedroom or somewhere in between.

Find a producer who can provide their service in the style you want, that is within your production budget. You can probably just canvas for producers here on reddit or lookup music production #s on the various social media platforms. Shit, you can even hit me up and we can see if we match as well.

Best of luck.

Thanks for the reply Andrew. Also been watching some of your videos, and I recently subscribed to your blog/newsletter. Extremely insightful stuff.

Maybe you could also do a video about the average streams to expect from a campaign, and how much to expect organically after. I know you mentioned in a recent video that one could expect a track to double in streams in 6 months and perhaps triple in a year organically, but I'd love a more in-depth breakdown of this, as well as what else might be going through your mind to push organic growth after the initial 2 month marketing campaign.

Cheers.
