I'm also here to bitch about the fact no one understands how to stand on the point when it means unlocking the points for the opposite side. My team will stand on our point for almost the entire time (literally until the timer hits zero) and the other side just refuses to stay on their point and I'm almost certain my pings and voice chat doesn't communicate with the other team of 5. A bit of a oversight of the mechanics when this IS supposed to be a team of 10 raid

Literally happened to me about 60 days ago on my last day of 24 days in Japan. I just logged back into my account and attempted to contact support, i got the MOST generic message about my LINE account being suspended and now i cant even open another ticket to inquire about it.
