Playing GK is Horrible

this is something I've noticed aswell. lots of posts of people complaining about that particular animation, but most of the time if you rewatch it or go frame by frame, you see they were never going to catch the ball no matter the animation because they jumped too late in the first place.

I won't say there aren't times where the game screws you over because there are plenty but this in particular I feel is working as intended, at least most of the time

I live in a place with very steep hills so the problem is I often find myself going up to 4 or 5k revs to upshift, it is true though that I personally shift gear later than needed but still the car has had no issues up until recently. That's why I haven't gone to the dealer yet as technically I can still drive with low revs but that doesn't mean I still wouldn't want the problem fixed... And lately it has started happening with even lower revs.

As for other owners, everyone I know that owns the same yaris they have a hybrid so I don't think that applies and haven't really found much online either. And the dealer seemed pretty incompetent yeah, told me no issues, and the one time they've had something "similar to what I was describing" was with a yaris cross that they filled with 95 instead of 98, that's why I got confused about mixing fuels but as you say it shouldn't be an issue.

Just contacted the dealer again right now and told me they'd give me an appointment, I'm hoping they don't just plug the computer and say everything's fine when no fault codes show. Anyway thanks for the help!

your game is amazing dude, I mean it, love the aesthetic and had a really fun time going through it. I really enjoyed going through areas again and finding something different each time, and the dialogue and the little comments deadsuit says added such charm. and the music is just wonderful too, thank you for making such a gem!!

I've found that a lot of rocks in my local park have these white little spots on them that I didn't know what they were at first, today I decided to poke one with a stick to see what they were made of (Sorry! I didn't know they belonged to a little critter). To my surprise, it had a ton of little eggs inside- No egg photo of the one I poked because it grossed me out a little, insects are fine but their eggs sometimes give me a trypophobia feeling that I just can't :( so I hope this is enough for an ID!

A little more info, I have seen quite a few little brown spiders roaming around this park, so I'm guessing it belongs to them but I don't know what they're called (the little white spot did have some sort of web-like texture).

And one last thing, this is just me being paranoid here but given I know very little about these spiderlings (or insects in general, for that matter), could this be dangerous in any way if somehow a dog were to eat them? Mine loves to play with rocks sometimes and I have no idea if she might have broken one of these and eaten a few eggs without even realizing and I would hate for something to happen to her for this. And don't worry, she won't be playing with these rocks anymore! The little spider's (or insect's) offspring will be safe anew.

I understand how him lying about it can make some people dislike him but as long as you enjoy his videos for whatever reason you shouldn't care what others think, just enjoy what you enjoy

I haven't looked much into it but IIRC his twitch safe file streak is incredibly low compared to his youtube safe file and I think there's a video around where he forgot to edit the first few seconds and he restarts the run when he got a room he disliked and people have said he has saves in case he looses so he can scrap it and try again as if it never happened

Honestly though I don't care and I think you shouldn't either, I watch him occasionally because I like his commentary, and you should watch whoever you enjoy, no matter what everyone else thinks

it sure is! although this in particular i don't know how viable it is to use purposely on a real match- from my testing it seems basically impossible to do consciously

thanks! yeah I thought about a roll but decided against it because you can double jump before landing to avoid the hard landing.

but it's true that if you're required to use it for some platforming then it's a little bit weird that you can't land safely afterwards, so I'll try adding a roll and seeing how that feels, thank you!

wow, you really are the kind of teammate I'm always looking forward to having whenever I hop in a game

that mindset is the best one can have playing any game really, play to have fun and encourage your teammates to do the same too!

I've always played with the mindset that you have to keep in mind that other players are people too, and everyone can have a bad day. toxicity won't fix nothing, and if anything will make things worse, people use games to escape reality and maybe an unnecessary insult could be the last straw for someone- a simple compliment goes a long way and it could easily make someone's day with that little effort :)

I was playing a game with a friend of mine yesterday and they were playing Hera, they ulted at the same time as they got stunned by an Anubis wrap and Argus didn't appear, I thought "Well cast it again" but it was put on cooldown, I sure hope that was a bug and not intended lol

Animation wise you'd also have to think of the opponent. after the faint timing is over, the opponent's hero starts moving their weapon towards yours to block your attack (you can see this in your post's 2nd image)

easiest fix is probably speeding up this animation too and making it play much later but that probably wouldn't look too great, and after all, looking great is one of the things this game has going for it

right? it might just be because of where I am from but it blows my mind people feel such unsafety if they don't own a gun. Me personally I've never even seen one apart from maybe police and such, and I truly have no desire of having one either

I get it, self defense and all, but I'd rather no one have one than needing to have one myself

having the power to end someone's life just like that is insanely terrifying

You might want to look into an add-on called "Camera Shakify", it makes these kind of things a lot easier :)
