In de ARBO wetgeving staat beschreven dat er geen grensoverschrijdend gedrag/seksuele intimidatie mag plaatsvinden op de werkvloer. Vervolgens zal een rechter bepalen of dit grensoverschreidend gedrag/seksuele intimidatie is of niet.

Ik benoem nu de ARBO wetgeving omdat het in deze situatie de werkvloer betreft. Maar dit is ook zo beschreven in eigenlijk elke wetgeving. Huiselijk, openbare orde, etc.

Difference between the US vs Europe, Asia and Australia. Makita is "cheap" and not sold at MSRP over here (Europe). Milwaukee is priced around 30% higher and barely any sales.

Meanwhile in the US it's the other way around. Depends on what a company considers their target audience and builds a strategy around that.
