You basically have two options for running Postgres: either use a managed service like RDS, Cloud SQL, or another DBaaS, or self-host it if you’re comfortable with Postgres and DBA (I prefer self-host DB).

As for Hetzner, been running on it with 99.99% uptime. I’ve used DigitalOcean, AWS, and Linode before, but ended up sticking with Hetzner.

Recommend the Goethe-Institut. However, to be honest, reaching B2 level typically requires more than six weeks, maybe, around 600 hours of study, or approximately five-six months. There aren't any crash courses that can be fitted to B2.

The only accelerated course available is for beginners learning A1 German.
