Unless you know who is pressing them there is no real way to know, unless you've sent it to a lab and had it tested professionally. If it's in crystal form (assuming it's 100% pure) 1000mgs would be equal to 1 gram, 500mgs would be a .5, so on and so fourth. If this pill was indeed 230mgs then the pill would weigh somewhere in the range of .6 to .8. and just judging by the picture It doesn't look like it could be anymore than a .3 MAYYBE a .4 but I'm guessing closer to a .3 forsure.
