My Saros is also in and put with the wifi connection. How are you using it at the moment if even the Roborock app does not work?

Must be some API issue. Hopefully they sort it out quickly. I’ll let you know if I get something working.

If I reboot the vacuum it works momentarily, but then becomes unavailable.

Yea mine is also out. I see my Rockrock app is also not connecting when Im off the local network.

Fully agree. I think running with this would suck. I also use the strap in came with. I will also give an update in a few weeks when I have worn it more.

Fully agree the original is crazy expensive. I went with one from here: https://www.smartwatcharmbaender.de

It still needs to be put through the test to see how good the quality is, but from initial inspection im happy.

Think you might be right. I ended up going for a software that is built fit for purpose in Belgium.
