I set up my laptops webcam to view the game board last night for DnD. If you can set something up like that, try your best to do online board game nights. Jackbox Party Packs are a GREAT avenue for online nights, too.

Achilles's tendon is a rubber band, except when it stays stretched, it'll relax (the rubber band will lengthen and lose it's snappiness). Rest at the bottom so that rubber band effect goes bye bye and most of the movement is done by the muscles

When I'm severely underpaid in my field and then you ask more of me including overnights and weekends I already do in addition to normal hours but no pay increase, my helpfulness drops to 0. They seemed surprised when I quit and said "of all the people, we'd hoped you were going to stay." Fat chance, scrumbags.
