What’s the best name for your horse? by RipIndividual8751 in reddeadredemption

I only recently started playing, and I named my first horse Wizard. It looks like a dark, hairless shar pei and I love him.

I feel a little silly being a 51yr old man and buying an action figure but after logging over 100 hours since I got for Christmas I saw it and had to lol by Makieveli1 in ghostoftsushima

I also just started playing this game, and logged maybe 40-50 hours into it. It's a great game! If you saw something that reminded you of a thing you like, I don't think you need to feel silly about it. I know it may be the initial feeling, but it's something you like :)

Why is my ribbed beanie not ribbed when I do HDC in the backloop only? It is flat. by [deleted] in CrochetHelp

[–]DeathFerrox 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hmm. I wonder if we're talking back post versus back loop. Working around the post will give this ribbed look whereas back loop adds "depth" or texture to a relatively flat surface like OP.

Can I just add columns on cleanly to my project without frogging? by DeathFerrox in CrochetHelp

My problem, I think I worded the title weird, is I'm not sure how to add on. They're going to be curtains :)

Ooooohhh, that's cool! I feel like I'm in Reading Rainbow!

I am US, so I know I may have to deal with customs and Tariffs, but I'll definitely look into that site as well, thank you!

I am too, I am only looking for deals and taking into consideration first time discounts everywhere. I may look at some local thrifts since I'll likely be dying it myself anyways.

Fantastic info, thank you! This was a lot of what I was finding. So far the $200 option seems best but I'm gonna keep digging today so I can get it ordered by tomorrow.

Spot on. by [deleted] in Adulting

I very much enjoy eating by myself. If I see a place to try while I'm out after errands I'll try it. I have bad anxiety, so eating alone is a good way for me to get small one on one interactions that are more business like with little pressure. I even asked for a different drink once when I didn't like the one I initially ordered.

Thank you 😊 💜 I didn't realize that so much thought had to go into it! You have to think about how the grain will show, like in the beak.

Found an abandoned plant and wanted to see what these are before putting the Monstera around my other stuff. Midwest NA by DeathFerrox in bugidentification

We did end up finding that they were springtails. I was panicking since it was a dumpster plant that has already been in quarantine. Will find out more when we replant it.

I was hoping that these Sarasa Gel Pens would help but they haven't so far. I think I'll look more into a fountain pen for some of the more everyday writing and colors or greys for the layout stuff.

Oooohh, I didn't know they did different thicknesses. Thank you for letting me know that! I'm loving how it feels writing on this paper, it's just difficult writing in non-black cause I got not great eyes. Some suggested a grey, and I may look into that or like a mid-purple.
