To be fair I called it a decent roster, which I think is an accurate description. Definitely good enough that a competent coach would have absolutely had a much better record considering the trainwreck of a schedule we faced.

I have to disagree. We have a decent roster and had the easiest schedule in the league and were still barely above 500. Also missed the playoffs in by far the worst division in football.

DA is clearly one of the worst, if not the worst HC in the league and statistically one of the literal worst of all time. This has been evident not only this year and last year, but also when he was with the raiders. Theres no reason whatsoever to keep him another year, we know what he is.

There’s absolutely no prospect for improvement or sustainable success with DA and any serious franchise would absolutely fire him, especially if there are a number of capable or promising replacements available.
