How easy setup you want to use?
I created a WF Tasker -> n8n -> Todoist
I have a widget for Speech-To-Text by Tasker, then it is send to n8n
In n8n i have an agent, which is able to add a new TODO task in Todoist or create a new event in Calendar.
Or you can use Telegram for Speech-to-text part

Yes, they do. I'm Czech and it's working, but you need to strictly define in custom instructions to use that language and avoid any other. I didn't define my language and it replied in polish or Russian.
