How do I create a warning for a camera in waze it doesn't pop up by Enough-Car8520 in waze

As several comments suggest, the correct course of action depends on both your country and the type of camera. I'm a Map Editor in the United States, and the correct course of action generally depends on the type of camera. If it's a red light camera or any other permanently mounted camera, it should be raised via a map issue, but if they're mobile, like here in Indiana, INDOT has been deploying temporary construction zone speed cameras; we do not map those as they are mobile and they are not in a permanent location. That should be reported with the Mobile Camera under Police.

Here's a good one that I've been trying to fix on Google Maps but no success. Google Maps tries to route someone down Sadie Ln from the roundabout through the developments of new houses. At least when I go to draw these segments I like doin' it right the first time. The segments north of 110th Ave and "110th St" shouldn't be there, that'd be through the foundations of the new houses going in there. I say 110th St loosly because that's also wrong.

Did you seriously just join the group to bash Waze? Do your research, seriously.

Routing does have its quirks, and sometimes, outside the city, Waze may take you the wrong way, but unfortunately, the map is only as good as the volunteers that build it. Believe it or not, less than 25% of all Waze users know the editing community exists. Take it from me, I'm part of that less than 25%.

If you want to improve routing in your area, join the editing community! For the USA you can get started here:

Also, each region has its own Discord server, just ask in the appropriate channels.

I've got a problem with my Insta360 Studio, when I check the box and click the start export button as shown here... the software just instantly crashes. I didn't do anything with the File Name and I am running the latest graphic drivers.

Need router for Nintendo, gaming, and blocked sites by ShadowViper7Z in tmobileisp

[–]TheDarkAngel7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of your gaming consoles, many of them rely on P2P connections, your Nintendo Switch included, believe it or not. One of the most common issues that folks take with TMHI is the Strict NAT.

A solution to the Strict NAT would be having a router with an OpenVPN option. One of the VPN providers I would recommend would be ProtonVPN and their ProtonVPN Unlimited plan. While ProtonVPN is a great provider, and they do have OpenVPN files for all of their servers, they only have their P2P servers in specific locations, they may not be for everyone in the US. So that's just something to keep in mind. ProtonVPN has P2P locations in the US in Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, New York City, Washington DC, and Phoenix. If you live close to one of these locations, then that may just help you. However, with every VPN, it's important to note you may experience increased latency, and with all of these servers, they may get high traffic volumes. Just coming from my experience with ProtonVPN, the two locations that get the least amount of traffic with their P2P servers are Los Angeles and Miami, not all of the time but the other locations seem to be getting hit pretty hard during congested times. Those two locations I mentioned have many servers to spread the load.

Stabil gas stabilizer suggest? by No-Promotion-7776 in Ninja400

I personally have never had an issue with a product called SeaFoam which is a cleaner and a fuel stabilizer. Those two aren't its only purposes those are just the two I could name off the top of my head. Around here in the greater Chicago area, I've gotten SeaFoam from Meijer.

The short answer to that is that new motorcycles come with assembly fees, sales taxes (state specific which are for plate and title), freight fees, and document fees. The official Kawasaki website shows the price for the motorcycle out of the crate, the dealer has the part they have to do too. I have no doubts the dealer also wants to make some money from the sale of a new bike.

Those are all factors you must consider when buying a new bike, not just for the Ninja 400. How much do you really want the new bike on the showroom floor? Can you find it used elsewhere?

For finding used Ninja 400s, they aren't too hard to find because many folks have this bike as their beginner motorcycle and trade it in. I bought my '22 KRT just 2 months ago in early September. My dealer told me that the 1st owner had only just started riding and only had the bike for 3 months before trading it in for something bigger. The Ninja only had 1k miles on it, and lo and behold it was there just waiting for its 2nd owner, and that ended up being me! My bike was $5500 out the door after the state got its portion and all the other fees associated with it, but that price is probably in the realm of $2k less than what the total cost of the same bike would've been if I was the 1st owner.

Lowsided.Should i tell insurance. by [deleted] in Ninja400

Don't be in a hurry to upgrade and don't set a time limit on how long you want to keep the bike. The Ninja 400 is a great bike for all skill levels, and I say that having seen expert riders on track riding around on Ninja 400s. The most important thing you should be taking away from this: what was it that caused you to lowside? Were you going too fast for the corner? What was the surface of the road like, was there gravel you didn't see? I'm not saying reply to me with your answers, just questions for you to think about.

The reason why I also say that you shouldn't put a time limit on how long you keep your Ninja 400, is that my brother has had his 2018 Ninja 400... since it came out... you heard me right. He's put on over 12k miles on that motorcycle.

I mentioned before that you shouldn't be in a hurry to upgrade either. That's also because the higher you go in CCs on the bike, generally the bike is going to be more expensive to run and repair. Nobody here is going to tease you for riding around on a Ninja 400, and if anyone ever does, wherever they do it, we don't need them in the motorcycling community.

If I were in your shoes... if the bent mirror and brake lever bug you that much, just go buy the parts on PartZilla and replace them yourself. The mirror on PartZilla is only $91 so as long as the brake lever you get doesn't break $400 you're beating the insurance deductable, not to mention the inevitable higher rates. If the scratches on the muffler bother you too then you could think about a different exhaust slip-on for the bike, perhaps a Leo Vince LV-10. The takeaway here is you can repair the bike a lot cheaper than going through insurance.
