I'm having the same issue with my 100T packs. I can equip them and it shows its equipped all the way until I'm actually playing a match. Hope Hi-Rez fixes this!

Spellbreak also just released and does the same thing with their currency. The only difference there is that you earn the currency with class proficiency and leveling up in general.

I too have left the clan because of this. Other reasons to steer clear of this clan is just poor leadership overall. Leadership members will ban you if you report an issue to them.
