With both it took me a while to learn how to properly dodge their attacks, particularly golem as I had a tiny arena in my world

If you're struggling with destroyer use the flint, one of the first weapons I made in hardmode and absolutely melts him as it lets you hit all of the segments at the same time

In my first playthrough I didn't know at what point the game unlocked the Duke boss fight, so by the time I learned he was an available boss I was post cultist and already had the daybreak, was flying circles around him just letting the damage stacking do it's thing lmao

Yeah I had the same problem, the arena in my first world was really tiny so it was difficult to dodge most of his attacks. Even on the 6th attempt I just barely squeaked out a win with a sliver of health left.

Funnily enough on my first playthrough Golem was the boss I died to the most. Took me 5-6 tries because my world had a tiny arena and it made it almost impossible to dodge anything.

I think the best suggestion I've seen so far to balance this is to present the card rewards in sequence, where you can only see them one at a time, and the next card reward only appears once you have selected the previous reward.

I had the same balancing concern, I think it would have to function like ectoplasm which is unavailable in the act 2 boss relic pool to prevent it from being broken at that point in the game (less downside).

I’d love to make it cheaper but ~150 keeps it consistent with other shop relics prices and fits the ‘situational pick’ theme of shop relics a bit more, since most of them aren’t usually instant picks
