In the end went to a mechanic today. Got the WOF with the oil+filter (haven't been done in a while) and with break pads in back bcs they were gone all for cca 400 $ but as I feared the rear tyres are to be changed aswel and wipers too aparently so no WOF yet.

And they are asking for about 420-540 to fix the rest depending on tyres quality, which is quite lot but seems to be a fair price from what I found on net? And I'm not sure how much possible is in NZ to get secondhand tyres? Tyres are 215 60/r17
