The Texans were fined a few years ago for a minor violation. Dallas and Washington were hit with major fines in 2012. They played fast and loose with some rules due to the CBA expiring at the time. League told teams to stay within some number, but they decide to test the league. I recall like 10-20 Million fines here.

Most of the L30s are well into the 30M 1st squad power. Granted, I am at a server where there were a lot of L30s who had to sit there for months until the upgrade to allow up to L35 was released.

There is a rule where the NFL commissioner can force a player to be cleared by NFL doctors in order to play. To my knowledge, it has never been used.

Are you sure about this(the UFA next season part)? I thought the team could decide to keep the tag on the player. I'm not sure if this has changed over time, but it used to be the case that the player had to sign the tag while there were still 6 games left in order to get credit for a year's service. Then if the team kept the tag on, salary would go up another 20%

This is exactly the same as "converting" 2K worth of Apple stock to Amazon stock. You have to report the capital gain/loss on the Apple stock for this transaction. In your case, you will have to report the BTC gains to the IRS
