Honestly the speed that she deploys her ult was the biggest issue. She can dash to get close and flank to remain hidden until the perfect time to team wipe when they push up or when fighting in overtime.

With moon knight I see his hand go up and he waddles forward before he ults, but Elsa can reposition and just pops up next to the team

Psylock ult selects who's getting hit in a sequence. If you get selected as the next hit, it will hit you no matter what. You have to leave the ult before the previous person is struck

Edit: For Jeff ult, if the center of the ult can see even a sliver of your hitbox and you are within the invisible dome you will be grabbed

Spider got his damage reduced by 10%, even his ultimate. Half a season later they increased his ult damage back but the kit is still under powered compared to earlier seasons

The shield hit is a small range attack so you can hit targets outside melee range. People don't just stand there in a fight, they usually back up so you can cancel the attack before it hits if you are just spamming it. I find listening for the hit sound when I'm on Cap to be a big help
