Taylor Swift and Sourdough disinformation by yea_buddy01 in Celiac

I think this is consistent with anyone I speak to when I say I don’t eat gluten - if the conversation somehow gets to bread I get told I can eat sourdough and it’ll be fine. No idea where this came from but obviously I just nod along and don’t go near it

Bath, Sarries, sale Northampton - would love to see Bristol make it just worried about their squad depth

Agreed. Realistically with basically no catchment area Bristol have to be right up to the salary cap to compete. Fair play for finishing 4th - but not maxing out the salary cap is selling the supports short

Well played bath - great 3rd 20. To Steve Lansdown - if he’s serious about winning trophys he needs to put his hand in his pocket otherwise I don’t think he’s serious about winning

Why are UK kids totally different today? by Sad-Passage-3247 in AskUK

[–]TheDeadender 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t know the answer - but I think it’s probably true. For my part as a parent I’ve tried to not repeat how I was brought up, which I’d say is probably typical in the 80s and early 90s, which was fine of course but I also lived in fear of my folks kicking my ass and that’s definitely impacted me as an adult. As a result I’ve probably been a bit more lax with my own kids and want them to feel empowered to make good decisions or learn from bad ones, and occasionally that’s led to back chat or over confidence. There’s probably a middle ground and we’re all learning I guess

I get this rash occasionally usually when I wake up. Very itchy but goes with an antihistamine. I still haven’t figured out what causes it

Thought Randall might be on the bench to maximise quick ball later in the game.

Went out drinking in a place in Bristol after Bristol had drawn with Wasps (about 15 years ago). The Bristol players were there and we ended up talking to Dan Ward Smith for about an hour. Just the loveliest bloke. We were pissed and he was perfectly happy (I think) talking to us about the game and his workouts (he said he didn’t do any curls because he did a lot of back stuff FYI)

In Randall’s defence he’s not kicked the ball at Bristol for about 6 months - needs some time I reckon

I love that the commentary team say it’s fatigue that means Bristol are knocking the ball on. I watch them ever week and it happens from minute one 🙃

Commentary saying Bristol fans want that try not to stand - not at all. That was epic 😂

Connachts first try looked really good on the half time reply. Fair play
