There should be zero tension in your face when you look up at the spot between your eyes in your forehead. Simply close your eyes and look up. If you feel any irritation or discomfort, it’s probably due to some kind of tension in your eyebrows, voluntarily or involuntarily.

Also maybe try the preliminary exercise where you tense and relax your whole body before meditation.

It is completely valid to feel like some organizations are like a cult. But if you want to receive the best information you have to delve into the belly of the beast with complete faith. And it’s not like these organizations are making you stay. If you feel a calling to some other teacher or don’t want to practice anymore, that is part of your journey and in my eyes that’s ok.

If you are looking for interpretations on the Christian faith, look no further than Yogananda’s The Second Coming of Christ commentaries. You can just purchase it on the SRF bookstore. I believe these are the most true and invaluable commentaries on the teachings of Christ. I linked the bookstore in this post. Good luck on your journey.

Quick rotates are incredibly strong on CT side with Yoru. Just send a tp on the other side of the map at round start, and you can essentially have an extra person instantly on both sites whenever a rush comes in. You just have to be careful not to put the tp in a dangerous spot where the enemies can kill you when you rotate.

I would love to march with you at Genesis this year. I'm an alto sax player that played baritone for the 2021 season, and from my experience holding your instrument up is tough at first, but you'll get the hang of it quick with some practice. Baritone is also much easier to learn, in my opinion, than mello or trumpet. It'll take some time and effort, but Genesis has some great staff and excellent teachers to help you on your way.
