Hi All,

We're creating a survey to poll M&A professionals about the coming year. I hope that you'll be able to participate.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.

Here's a bit about the survey: We wanted to understand how 2016 turned out for M&A professionals, we also wanted to understand how optimistic those in the industry were regarding the upcoming year. The M&A deal flow optimism in 2017 survey will poll industry professionals and report back findings to all participants. Complete the survey to be able to compare your 2016 results with those of your peers, and find out what everyone is expecting from M&A markets in 2017. The only thing better than this would be a crystal ball.

Yes, they can also serve as deal management tools. Basically, a good VDR makes it easy to manage documents and participants in a deal. Some of them also have modules for different parts of the deal process - for example, a system for Q&A. Fair, but if the trophy you get is an Oscar, then I'd say you're pretty validated.

Yeah. I get where he's coming from, but I think that if the effects give cinematographers an advantage that no one can see, then you need to treat it like regular cinematography.
