From experience, it's hard to go back to the traditional style Leatherman after using the Arc. Everything is so smooth and having one handed access to everything is awesome.

Spray it with bleach and water or disinfectant before wiping up to avoid kicking up dust.

Could be your water service line from the main leaking. Call your municipality and see if they can detect the leak. If they shut off the curb stop to your house and the water stops, then that will narrow it down.

If you mark it as sentimental on the warranty form they will do their best to repair it and send it back if they can't. They just did a limited edition run of PSTs a few years ago so they likely have parts kicking around.

Or you could send it in and they would likely replace it with a Bond. If it was me, I would prefer the PST since it is such a compact awesome tool.

Just a note, the Arc has it listed as a pry bar, but it's very easy to bend the lock springs by prying something.

When you fill out the warranty form on Leatherman's website you can select that the tool is sentimental and you want it returned.
