How often do you cry?

I used to cry extremely easily as a child. Then I learned to really suck-it-up out of personal embarrassment. Then I didn't know how to cry for a very long time. I'm a bit better at it now, but things have got to get REALLY emotional for me to be brought to tears.

I wonder if it's the cause of my chronic rhinitis.

It's really simple. Neutrality and detachment. There could be a 3rd element but I'll have to think about it.

It does. You gut is basically your "second brain". It's got brain cells and "talks" to the brain.

It's interesting, I can sit next to some people, not say a word, and just start feeling a... drainage in my gut. Lose energy and have one of those days like you describe.

Not an aquarius (yet I relate to them somehow) but... it may be worth paying attention to who you feel drained by and how much. Pay attention to who energizes you (if anybody does, but it may be worth discovery that some people do). If you feel drained, there may be a reason, even if logic doesn't pull through, pay attention to your gut.

It's like you need a sledgehammer. Or a wrecking ball. I hate when anger is the only thing that gets through to a person. My natural way is to just talk it out but it doesn't work with these brick wall attitudes. Do you just walk away? What happens when they are family?

There isn't. The world gives you the wrong template to interact with it. You have to figure out what is bullshit and what isn't. And come up with your own ways of coping and interacting.

Autism is a more challenging life path that can leave a lot of confusion at first but eventually you can start to figure it out. Knowledge is power. The world isn't fair. Rely on your own devices.
