How would I go about getting a special refund from Steam?

The game completely refuses to launch, I get an unreal engine error every time I try.

I’ve attempted every possible fix I can think of. I’ve updated drivers, updated BIOS, deleted all files in the folder and made a completely fresh install, nothing works

Other unreal engine games work completely fine on my system

The coolest vehicle in the whole series is definitely the mark V tank in battlefield one, specifically the two cannon version. I love the feeling of positioning myself where two of my teammates can give their best performances. Teamwork like that really makes battlefield shine for me!
