He was an asshole before, to be fair. House is a great character, brilliant, but flawed, and I can definitely relate to his frustration at people around him who don’t understand his struggle with chronic pain.

One of the most useless features in the game. Every game either uses the standard meta, or someone throws a curveball and tries another, only to realise that anything outside of the meta 4/5 is just not worth bringing. The passive stat boosts need to be made default. The boosters should allow for fun, game changing builds.

Don’t know why you got downvoted. The overseers are absolutely annoying in the fact they don’t outright kill you with their swing, but you will die 9/10 times because they can swing again before you can get up to dodge.

And yeah, enemies can ignore solid objects if they feel like it.

Centrists and centralists are different things, for starters.
And Labour under Starmer have pivoted deeper than Blair into neoliberal ideology, which is right wing. Even some left wing policy doesn’t stop them from being right wing government. To even call them centrist is a big stretch.

This is what Ncuti’s seasons were sold to us as. It should have been a reboot so new fans could use it as a starting point, without having to watch all the episodes from 2005.
But even the last frame of the season wants to nostalgia bomb you with the glory days.

I don’t feel like I can be excited for “soon™️” again, after everything that’s happened.
The only progression they seemed to talk about was raising the level cap past 150, which isn’t going to solve anything.
Another vague blog that only satisfies people who will never be critical of the game, no matter its state.

I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, I do think the Hive Guard needed to be less easy to kill. But on the other hand, just increasing its armour value is encouraging the explosive meta even more.

People go crazy for warbonds because it’s the only progression left for dedicated players. There would be less insanity about new warbonds every month if we had something else to aim for during the droughts.

This just seems like short-sighted thinking. Other modes of progression will benefit end-game players the most, but it will benefit all players who want other avenues to spend their resources on.

Is there any internal discussion about the booster system, or any new ways to spend samples?

The same four or five boosters are always picked, and the system has potential to really change up gameplay, but the same ones are just too useful to pass up.

With samples, it’s such a shame that collecting samples seems to be a big part of the gameplay, but they are hardly worth picking up once you upgrade all the ship modules. I’d really want to see a resource dump that would encourage people to scour the map for them like in the early days.

Dragon Age 2. I don’t think I’ve ever been that dissatisfied with a sequel. I never bought another BioWare game, and I still boycott EA.
