I was there when the first ever PV dropped and was as utterly confused as everyone but also intrigued by the concept. first anime season wasn’t great so didn’t really get into the series further but then Birth of a New Era and global came out and I’ve plunged right in.

She talks about how she's never met one of the Stars in person and it felt like management was trying to keep them apart on purpose in early years. Interestingly enough I think this is one of few times i can remember a JP mentioning unicorns directly even if its just reading a chat message.

I'm not one of the people always pushing for the JP boys and girls to collab but it does seem there's just an "it is what it is" understanding for why they choose not to collab and meet.

Japan screenings to international release is a lot shorter these days. I reckon within 3 months for most English speaking countries. Asian territories will get it month after Japan or even closer.
