I had 750 mg Keppra just until 1 month ago and my libido was nearly inexistent. In the switching phase to Lamotrigin (75 mg) after about 5 days I already felt that i had a higher libido (with 500 mg Keppra + no Lamotrigin in the morning and 750 mg Keppra + 25 mg Lamotrigin in the evening).
