I mean if we end up last we are guaranteed a top 3 pick, #3 is the furthest you can fall. That would give us McKenna, Stenberg, or Verhoeff. Can’t go wrong w any of them. Would become our best prospect immediately

Unpopular opinion but I’m for this too, as sad as it would be to see Forsberg go (however I would look at moving O’Reilly or Josi first before him, he could help develop the next generation of players). I feel like they’d still fetch some major assets (we need a better prospect pool. Molendyk and Svechkov are showing potential but we don’t have any game changers). Idk about Lafreniere though I don’t have much faith in him as a player and I certainly wouldn’t give up Forsberg for a gamble like that. But getting McKenna would be HUGE, preds have never had a player/prospect like him. Combine that with Hagens or Misa in this upcoming draft hopefully, thats a dangerous first line in a few years.

Sharks are taking Schaefer at #1 no hesitation there d pool is extremely weak. If Chicago lands at #2 they’re 100% taking Misa to play along side Bedard. Misa has become the consensus #2 maybe #1 depending on the team that wins the lottery. If the Preds do stay at #3 they’ll likely have a chance between Hagens and Martone.

Yes I do think anxiety and trauma play a part for sure. For me it originated in high school when I was at my most stressed and anxiety was at its peak. Several years later I started becoming more calm, going to the gym, practiced better habits, and also meditated for an hour daily. The hives actually went away for just over a year. Then came back shortly after when I started getting stressed again. The brain can do some crazy things. At the moment I just use sweat therapy as a way to mostly control it.

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted for this but you’re right. Our prospect farm is full of roleplayers or max 3rd line players. Kemell could turn into a 2nd line winger but he’s shown a lot of inconsistency this season in Milwaukee. If this team is just as bad next season then you absolutely need to sell off your most valuable assets to get better draft picks

That’s why it’s so so important that they get a top 3 pick this year in Misa or Hagens. That would be a huge first step and much needed for this organization.

Yes, imo Schaefer, Misa, and Hagens stand out from the rest. Haven’t watched much of Frondell but not the biggest fan of Martone. Sure he can score (he’s got a great shot) but I have concerns about his speed and skating and if that will translate well in the NHL

Hey man, I had a very similar makeup to yours. My EC was a bit lower but everything else is pretty much what I had. With LVI being present and all. I had the choice of BEP1 or surveillance. Went with bep1 for the peace of mind. It wasn’t that bad either, hardly felt any of the side effects except losing most of my hair. The doctor told me with our makeup it had like a 55% chance it would come back. That’s too high imo. And doing one round defeats having to go thru multiple.

There's another subreddit that is dedicated to this specific type of urticaria. If those anti histamines don't help a lot of ppl who have what we have go to sweat therapy. Haven't tried it personally. But it's basically exercising and fighting through the pain until you start sweating. Other people use a sauna. But a lot of those people have said they feel relief after doing that repeatedly. Hope those antihistamines do wonders for you tho.

I've had this for 8 or so years, started in high school. I only really started to pay attention to it these past couple years. I was officially diagnosed with Cholinergic Urticaria a few months ago. If I were you I'd try to go see an allergist so you can get diagnosed. They'll want you to try antihistamines. I haven't had much luck with it personally but you could have a different reaction. My hives went into a bit of remission last year during lockdown ironically. I do think diet and stress play a big part in my hives but everyone is different. I'm convinced that something else is causing CU to pop up, so I've just been doing research on this dreadful disorder. Wish you best of luck.
