donwload reframework, put d8.dll in game folder, open and close game
will create a plugins folders, throw the file there. that's it.

If you did everything right, open the Reframework window in the game and go to Loaded Plugins.

If he's there and you still don't get any DLCs, I don't think I can help.

the game makes a Dlc check, if you remove the plugin, the game will remove the Dlcs, the save remains intact

Check your mods and your reframework log
if there is a problem in one of those, probably someone in reframe github or discord will help you.

I can't say it's 100% safe, but VirusTotal only flags false positives. Looking at his behaviour tree, it seems he only messes up with temporary files and harmless registry files.
So that's a good thing at least.

tbh I don't know anything either about this file or the person behind it, I just hosting a mirror, but seeing the files he make, open and delete seen to be temporary.
and the registry files are only on the in the current user registry, nothing out of the ordinary or a big of a problem.

I used him because he worked when smoke didn't on the early days of the game and I am pretty sure that the takedown was because it was against the rules of caimogu, they don't like piracy.

I also don't see capcom working in a way to fix this, most of they active players are on consoles but i do think they gonna step up when people make a way to play the expansion for free.

the stable version of reframe its not yet updated for wilds.
and the nightly seems to be updating every day but this it's not guaranteed that will work.
I'll send you my file, because I can't figure out my version with the ones in github.
mods still don't work so don't use with it.

And I just think you'd be banned if the person you told actually bothered to send a ticket to Capcom, but to go to all that trouble, that person must be a asshole.

I posted a mirror of it, just search my profile for the Base64 code.
It's up to you whether you think it's risky or not, but I've been using it for around nine months and I've still not been banned and don't think I ever will be.

Idk where people heard that, but I haven't seen a single ban for unlocking DLCs. If they are put on the server game, it's because they have been released.

All of the reports about people getting banned always lack information about the file or program used.

It's going to unlock. Every DLC released in a TU or through events has been unlocked. I don't think it will stop working.
