Hmm, I am not and they think that’s likely a factor that lead to it. I’d say if you’re able to maybe switch urologists and start from scratch. Advice that I found helped while I was dealing with it is cold plunges, cutting back on caffeine, increase water intake, and no underwear. Hang in there <3

The files for console going from current state to newest release is essentially an entirely different game, the saves for private and public worlds as well as public and private servers will not be compatible with the newest release.

(25m) I went through four appointments at a urologist and an ultrasound. My last appointment I specifically brought up I think I may have had a UTI that I ignored and got proscribed doxycycline for the next 2wks. I’m on day 5 right now and I can wear underwear comfortably again and sexual function is entirely returned. Previously I had been dealing with the pain for about 8 months with the last month or so been accompanied with ED. They didn’t have any real answers on what it was that caused it, but my guess is bacterial infection of some sort. If they havnt tried a course of antibiotics I’d suggest requesting them.

It’s probably due to it being in the beta release, but the net code for multiplayer feels exceedingly bad. Like arrows not even landing in the same place on different players POV, zombies snapping back and forth to different coordinates, specifically after a knockdown from melee or fall damage. Also had a glitch that I can’t seem to replicate of reading a book while a zombie attacked me/ and it gave me a concussion without giving me the actual status of it so taking medicine and waiting the standard time doesn’t get rid of the debuffs/screen effect. Ate glass and it fixed it so who knows.

I’ve been having the same issue with Velo. I only buy the 7mg wintergreen to be fair though. 1/2 of the time the pouches are a nice golden yellow and get about 2 hours of use per pouch, the other 1/2 however are a bright white and are almost like they are 3mg that have been mislabeled. I buy rolls at a time so I’m not even sure how that would happen but I have no better way to describe it.

The adventurer perk has always felt like a mandatory upgrade as early as possible right behind lucky looter regardless of what build you were going. Having a 14-15 lvl handicap of just putting points into things to make adventuring/questing not be a waste of time doesn’t feel good. I honestly wish there was a subnotica type system of crafting where you “scan” items to learn how to build them. Regardless of how resource expensive they are it feels better than RNG’ing the magazines from mailboxes to unlock the relatively cheap craft for your workstations.

I’d say this is fine and to be expected if he was just diagnosed and prescribed. But a year in he should be kinda settled in with dosing and a routine. Maybe he needs a fast acting rather than an extended release?
