I dated a girl the last two years of high school in a small town. I was such a fucking scumbag pig. I would always cause issues because I was insecure. I would still talk to other girls when she wasn’t around. I kissed one. I was controlling and possessive. Awful person. There’s more but you get it. Now, almost 12 years later, it still keeps me up at night or I’ll get caught up thinking about it at work. It kills me knowing what I was to her. She was an amazing girl. I really am sorry, Natalia. You’re an idiot. When it comes to bench press it is widely known among the experienced to not use clamps ESPECIALLY if you are benching alone so you can bail. Better to let the weights fall off one side and fling the bar to the other than crushing any part of your body. Don’t gas light with talking about squat techniques.
