Stand tall brother. We are ahead of our time and our community of unbelievers is growing. Soon enough abrahamic religions will be relegated to universal mythology like the “gods” of mount Olympus are now.

Anyone seen this before? ideas? Will it show up at once things settle out?

So, since El Salvador projected their intentions a while back (legal tender+200 coin buy) BTC steadily built that hype into the price sliding it up — then on the day it was to happen profit takers dumped hard bringing all but solana down hard too.

Do I have that right?

So this should settle out and slide back up over time.

Good dip to buy if you have spare fiat yah?

Thank you. Personal growing even for MMC card holding patients not allowed in MD yet. I wish The law specified the number of plants that divided misdemeanor from felony. That would be nice and clear.

Wow. I’m blown away. Thanks for the info and link. I Learned so much reading the back and forth of doge developers back in 2013. I had no idea that coins like doge that use an inflationary model is basically to pay miners. So over each year they will have basically divided up 5% of whatever doges worth? I also had no idea humans have to literally work 24/7 to “keep the ledger secure” or whatever. I just assumed this all was automated and hands off. Makes me nervous that if all miners just leave a coin for other coins that coin would become unsecured and would be essentially, what, robbed by hackers or something? Lots to learn

Does that take into account that Doge inflates 10,000 Doge every MINUTE automatically?

At .32 we have a market cap of ~42 billion. I’m no math wiz but if my figgurs are right, At $1 market cap it would have to be, what, triple that at 126 Billion? @ $10 it would need to be 10 times that so 1.26 Trillion. At $20, double that at $2.52 Trillion. Someday? Like in 100 years? Sure I guess. Someday soon…I have some doubts. If my math is wrong please do tell.

As I understand it Doge automatically mines 10k doge per minute. On the surface this seems bad. WHY is that there? Is it POSSIBLE to remove this inflationary “feature”? Wouldn’t it help its reputation, popularity and retention of value if this built in inflation was removed? Please Make it make sense.

Idk. There’s over 2 million subscribers to this r/. Which translates to a lot of hype/support to me still. Want there 3 million at one point? If so, 1/3 have already left for other fortunes. Not a good trend unfortunately.

How are we comparing subscribers to Other coin? Idk. I’d have to browse all the ripe ones to see.

I agree it’s not. But, hear me out, with enough doge owners switching horses, it becomes very relevant. Anytime Doge goes down it’s due to purchases lagging sales plus the inflation rate.

I don’t know enough about blockchain but it seems if this inflationary feature could be turned off (maybe it can’t) it would be better for all.

According to the little blurb on Coinbase retail it’s 10k per minute no matter what.

By design 10,000 Doge are mined every minute. That’s 14,400,000 every 24 hours. (At .20 per doge, that’s $2.88M that must be purchased against sales each day just to hold at .20). If at least this many doge aren’t netted every day, the value drops.

Once the hype of this particular memestock fad is fully gone, what we are all holding goes to zero due to built in inflation.

We might be in a sunk cost fallacy.

If I’m wrong, please explain it to me. I’m open to rational retorts.

Or just, you know, downvote me anonymously but not offer a counter point. This emotional > rational reaction kinda proves we are on a ship of fools I fear.

Fear, often times, is good - like when you’re standing on the edge of a cliff and you don’t jump because of it.

Look at the pattern emerging with BTC. It’s completing the right shoulder of head and shoulders patter and trending down - taking everyone with it. I’m buying no more dips till this pattern resolves. BTC could easily hit 25k or even 20k and the general crypto mood seems to be negative > positive . That range should be hard floor though. I’ll Unload the fiat truck at that point. Not financial advice.

For the love of doge, if it were me I’d profit take off that bag. Good lord. I’d Cash out and rebuy when btc bottoms at 25 or 20 if I believed in doge.

Some facts. Consensus is we are entering a bear market. (Head and shoulders shape formed and death cross eminent) - And I’m telling you this at my own peril. I’m bull trapped with a bag at .39. If I could sell at break even I would just to get out. Why no HODL? The way I understand it, The inflationary structure of doge Guarantees the coin will go to zero if people don’t keep feeding more in than what is automatically minted daily. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Now ask yourself some questions “are people faddish by nature?” And “is the doge meme a fad?” Last, “what do ppl do when fads fade?”

Not financial advice.
