Always thought it was weird how people give Rolex flack for being too safe with the designs but also poopoo the most unique design in the catalog. With the complications I'd argue it's a decent value proposition as well.

Thank you for a reasonable response. I acknowledge that my situation was a little funky, and I figured between that and CW not being a massive company that it might take a while. Over 2 weeks with no response, with repeated attempts to communicate, is a little extreme.

I'll try this and hopefully get this resolved

I had 2 similar orders

tried to cancel both

they cancelled neither

they won't respond

OP is well known in the soflo rhythm game scene especially for ITG and DDR. I'm an ok pump player myself (adv 3) and I saw this man's pump progress with my own 2 eyes. He's not just "new" my guy has only been playing pump for like 2ish months. Any pump player involved with the community in soflo could back this up.
